These Terms and Conditions are between AmericanToolBuyers and the seller. By selling your goods to AmericanToolBuyers, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein and any additional terms and conditions we may send you in an email or written form. YOUR REPRESENTATIONS

Seller represents and warrants that:

• Seller has full legal title to the merchandise being offered for sale to AmericanToolBuyers , and that no other party has any right, title or interest in the Merchandise (including any liens or claims with respect to the Merchandise). AmericanToolBuyers may, but shall not be obligated or required to, request documentation or other proof evidencing your sole legal title to the Merchandise. In the event AmericanToolBuyers requests additional information regarding ownership, you agree to provide such information immediately. We reserve the right to reject any Merchandise that does not satisfy AmericanToolBuyers concerns regarding fit to the goods being offered for sale.
• Seller is acting on his or her own behalf
• Seller is at least 18 years of age.
• Seller will provide accurate contact information and will provide updated information upon American Tool Buyers request.

In the Event that Seller does not have proper title to the property, Seller agrees to reimburse AmericanToolBuyers for any damages or legal fees incurred.
